The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Orlando Daycation Experience

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of being invited to The Spa at Four Seasons Resort in Orlando for a Daycation along with some other lovely bloggers. As soon as I arrived at The Spa, I was guided to the locker room to drop off my day bag and given a tour of the property. My Daycation began with a morning wellness movement class on the Spa Lawn led by an amazing instructor who kept our workout balanced with a combination of deep stretches and body sculpting exercises. Workout classes are perfect if you're like me and have no idea where to start in a gym, however, Daycation guests have the option of working out in the Fitness Center and a fitness class. I really enjoyed starting my day by getting my heart pumping, especially since I knew I would be spending the rest of the day basically being a princess.

After my workout I decided to freshen up and head to the gorgeous vanity area where I was able to do my makeup in perfect lighting (so important) and get ready for lunch. Lunch at the resort's lakeside restaurant PB&G is included in the Daycation package, and just a short walk away from The Spa. PB&G is not only a beautiful restaurant that overlooks the lake, but also has a fantastic selection of Southern-inspired meals. The girls and I started off with ahi tuna poke and soft baked pretzels, and I ordered the baby spinach salad with Atlantic salmon and iced green tea (which the staff continued to refill, and I did not complain).

I headed back to The Spa after lunch to wash off my makeup and change into a cozy robe before my massage. The Daycation package includes your choice a 80-minute massage, 80-minute body treatment, or 80-minute facial, which is a tough decision to make but I would highly recommend getting the massage. I've been getting massages regularly for a while and have never experienced anything quite like this massage, and I expected nothing less from the Four Seasons. I was able to customize the temperature of the massage bed and select my preferred aromatherapy scent (lavender was a no-brainer). I left the massage completely relaxed and was guided to solarium where I was able to hydrate and snack on fruit while enjoying the zero gravity wave lounger chairs.

I had hoped to make it out to the winding Lazy River or the Oasis adult-only pool, but Florida summers are infamous for afternoon showers and this day was no different. Instead I decided to spend some time in the steam room. I actually brought a mask with me and applied it post steam room while my pores were extra receptive to all the mask goodness. I spent the rest of my day lounging and snacking on healthy treats in the relaxation area. I left The Spa feeling completely renewed, and would highly recommend a Daycation at The Spa at Four Seasons.
